QUESTIONS
What MotorPass is — and isn't.
Does MotorPass replace the V5C or an official government record?
No. MotorPass is a private digital vehicle-history and ownership tool. It does not replace a V5C, MOT certificate, insurance document or any government-issued record.
Can the next owner see all my private documents?
No. Buyer sharing is designed to expose only the vehicle information and evidence the owner allows. Account details and private insurance information stay private.
Are maintenance recommendations generic?
No. Critical items such as wet belts and timing systems are designed to appear only when MotorPass has a verified rule that matches the relevant vehicle/engine rather than applying a blanket mileage interval to every car.
Is MotorPass already on the App Store?
Not yet. The iOS app and cloud platform are currently in development and private testing.
